Mom's weekend!

My mom has been trying to make it up to Idaho since her two babies are both here.  Jake's birthday was on Monday so she figured that was a good time to make the trip.

We had such a blast! It was so nice to have her here, even if it was only a few days.  She got in on Friday afternoon.  That night we took her to one of the best burger places around - Big Judd's

 Jake decided he was going to go for the one pound challenge - yes, thats exactly what it sounds like.. eating a burger thats one full pound of meat...

The next day we went down to Idaho Falls for some time to quality time together.  There we went to Carino's for lunch {I love that place!} 

 After lunch we went to stores to look for missionary suits.  At one of the places they have you put a pin on the wall to show where you're going.  Jake so far is the only one going to Hungary..!

The Sunday we celebrated Jake's birthday... 

One of hid friends made him a cake. {pretty sweet huh?}

 He got some presents..

 Good company..

 and lots of fun!

And finally on Monday Jake is officially 19 years old!! :)

 So we took him to his favorite restaurant.. Red Robin. YUM.

 And also ran into my adorable roommate Katie who happens to have the same birthday!

All in all the weekend was an absolute blast. Thanks for coming mom, we love you!! See you at home in a month! :)
